We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, business profile, login activity, and role permissions.

We collect operational data entered into SellerCuan, including products, inventory, orders, customers, vouchers, KOL codes, fee ledgers, withdrawal requests, and storefront activity.

When a KOL connects TikTok, we receive TikTok OAuth tokens, account identifiers, display name, avatar, granted scopes, token expiry information, scheduled captions, media URLs, publishing status, and related error messages.

We use information to provide SellerCuan features, authenticate users, operate dashboards, process orders, calculate KOL fees, support withdrawals, connect integrations, schedule TikTok content, and maintain security.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve reliability, product performance, analytics, and business reporting.

TikTok account access is initiated by the KOL through TikTok OAuth. SellerCuan only requests scopes needed for account identification and content posting features enabled by the user.

TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and used only to support the connected TikTok scheduling and publishing workflow.

KOL users may disconnect TikTok from the SellerCuan KOL dashboard. After disconnection, SellerCuan stops using the stored token for new publishing activity.

We share information with third-party services only as needed to provide enabled features, such as TikTok publishing, payment processing, shipping, storage, analytics, hosting, and marketplace integrations.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or respond to valid legal requests.

We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Connected social tokens may be retained until the user disconnects the account, the token expires and is no longer needed, or deletion is requested and legally permitted.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls and encryption for sensitive connected-account tokens.

No internet-based service is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, devices, and account access.

Users may update account information in the dashboard where supported, disconnect TikTok from the KOL dashboard, or request assistance through SellerCuan support.

Businesses using SellerCuan are responsible for responding to their own customers' privacy requests related to storefront orders and member accounts.

SellerCuan and its service providers may process data in locations where hosting, storage, support, or third-party integration infrastructure is available.

By using SellerCuan, you understand that data may be processed outside your country or region, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
