Terms of Service

By accessing or using SellerCuan, including the web application, storefront, KOL dashboard, integrations, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use SellerCuan on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

SellerCuan provides ecommerce operations software for order management, inventory, fulfillment, finance, storefronts, vouchers, KOL affiliate workflows, withdrawal requests, and social content scheduling.

SellerCuan may connect with third-party platforms such as TikTok, marketplaces, payment providers, shipping services, and other operational tools when enabled by the user.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

KOL users are responsible for connecting only social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, or violation of these terms.

SellerCuan allows KOL users to connect TikTok accounts through TikTok OAuth and schedule content for posting, subject to TikTok's platform policies and app permissions.

You are solely responsible for captions, media, campaign claims, product claims, endorsements, disclosures, and compliance with applicable advertising, platform, and consumer protection rules.

SellerCuan does not guarantee that scheduled content will be accepted, published, or kept online by TikTok or any third-party platform.

You retain ownership of content that you upload, schedule, or submit through SellerCuan.

You grant SellerCuan a limited license to process, store, display, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the service.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Subscription fees, transaction records, KOL fee ledgers, and withdrawal requests are managed according to the configuration in SellerCuan and the commercial agreement between the relevant parties.

KOL balances may include held balances and available balances. Funds become available only after the related order or campaign condition is completed according to the applicable workflow.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. SellerCuan is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API limits, account restrictions, or rejected content.

You authorize SellerCuan to exchange data with connected third-party services only as required to provide the features you enable.

You may not use SellerCuan to violate laws, platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, payment rules, or security controls.

You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform operations, scrape data without authorization, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.

We aim to keep SellerCuan reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or third-party disruptions.

We may update features, integrations, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

SellerCuan is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerCuan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
